Individual Adult Therapy
In Louisville, CO and Virtual within the state of Colorado
Welcome. If you’re here, you’re likely carrying more than you let others see.
Maybe you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, stretched thin by parenting or relationship stress, or quietly battling perfectionism, procrastination, or low self-esteem. You might be in the middle of a life transition that feels heavier than you expected. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where your feelings are met with care—not judgment.
At Tended Mind Therapy, my focus is you.
I work with adult individuals who want relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of steadiness. My approach centers on attuning to your emotional experience, helping you uncover your own answers, and supporting you as you strengthen the parts of yourself that need compassion, grounding, and confidence.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
You deserve a place where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you grow. Therapy can be that space—one that supports you as you reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been wanting to feel again.

Specialties
I support individuals facing a wide range of personal and emotional concerns, offering a space to understand your experiences and develop a more grounded way of moving through life.

Therapeutic work focused on understanding what truly matters to you and making choices that reflect your authentic self.

Processing past experiences, understanding triggers, building nervous-system stability, and developing healthier coping patterns.
Shifts like divorce, breakups, becoming a parent, career changes, relocation, or navigating the “Who am I now?” questions in adulthood.

Compassionate support for navigating bereavement, endings, and the emotional impact of significant transitions.
