Grief isn’t just about death. It can arise from the loss of relationships, identity, health, routines, dreams, or stability. Life changes—both expected and sudden—can disrupt our sense of safety and direction. These experiences are often deeply personal, nonlinear, and hard to talk about, and they don’t follow any “right” timeline.

In therapy, I support clients through the complexity of grief, loss, and major life transitions with gentleness and acknowledgment. Together, we make room for the full spectrum of feelings—sadness, anger, numbness, confusion, relief, or anything in between—without judgment or pressure to “move on.” My role isn’t to fix or rush your process; it’s to help you stay connected to yourself while making meaning, finding steadiness, and rebuilding a sense of hope at your own pace.

Whether you’re grieving a person, a version of yourself, or the life you thought you’d have, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Healing often looks less like “getting over it” and more like learning how to carry what matters as you continue forward.
