Life transitions are an inevitable part of being human, but even positive changes can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, starting college, moving, entering or ending a relationship, becoming a parent, or reevaluating your identity and goals, these moments can stir up uncertainty, grief, excitement, anxiety, or a mix of all of the above. It’s normal to feel unsteady when your familiar routines, roles, or expectations begin to shift.

In therapy, I offer a grounded and supportive space to explore what’s changing, how it’s impacting you, and what you need in order to move through it with intention rather than fear. Together, we look at the emotional, relational, and practical layers of your transition, and we work toward clarity, resilience, and alignment with what matters most to you.

Life transitions don’t require you to reinvent yourself alone. With the right support, these periods can become opportunities for growth, self-understanding, and renewed direction. My role is to help you feel less stuck and more equipped to move forward in a way that honors your values, your pace, and your wellbeing.
